Vitals, weights, blood sugars, prepping patients to each specific doctors preferences for the surgeries they are doing...flip bays, ser up for next patient..end of day prep bays for next day surgeries, assign lockers, stocking and ordering for bays and nurses needs along with block carts..change out sharps, do audits for handwashing.

Assist in pacu with patients arriving for recovery, assisting with dressing and discharges. Very fast paced environment, we do 32 to 45 surgeries a day . I am lead cna there ae only 2 in pre op. I do assist with training all cna's.

In home health care to patients in their own home or facilities.

Also provided hospice care to patients that transitioned to this with Eden.

Continuity in care with the same CNA they had and loved.

• Started in Cardiology as a MA doing daily office duties.. Then transferred to ER in July and work as a HUC. Duties are answering multiple phones lines, Dr's orders by calling departments which have orders, admissions, discharges, transfer paperwork, making sure everything is in order avoiding Emtala violations. Making sure the dept runs smoothly basically.

• C.N.A, Assisting pt.'s on floor with ADL's, assisting RN's with what they need help with
• B/S checks, orders, admissions and D/C's
• All the duties C.N.A.'s do.
• Recorded measures of patients' physical condition using thermometers and blood pressure gauges.
• Monitored patients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting unusual behavior or physical ailments to medical staff.
• Encouraged patients to develop work skills and participate in social, recreational and other therapeutic activities to enhance interpersonal skills.
• Restrained violent or suicidal patients by verbal or physical means.
• Attended to physical needs of patients by helping with personal hygiene tasks, bathing and toileting.
• Collaborated with and assisted doctors, psychologists and rehabilitation therapists in working with mentally ill, emotionally disturbed and developmentally disabled patients to treat, rehabilitate and return patients to community.
• Provided nursing, psychiatric and personal care to patients living with various conditions involving mental health, emotional disturbances and intellectual capabilities.
• Aided patients in performing tasks, such as bathing or keeping beds, clothing, or living areas clean.

• Rehab-Aide-Rehab without walls a new program same as Home Health but helping clients in their home after surgery to come home and not go to rehab
• Facilities and provide rehab in their homes with a special team.

• Taking care of clients from the community and providing respite and day care services
• Providing meals, ADL's, activities and providing respite care
• Mainly specializing in Alzheimer's- clients and loved ones needing a much needed break
• Only Independent State Licensed Facility in the St George, Utah area
• A big accomplishment for myself and the community.

• Did daily room checks. Assisted Clients with ADL'S if needed. Supervised meal times, help lead groups that were assigned by Rn for the Psych to do.
• Making sure Patients knew the roles on the floor and made sure they went to their groups and attended the meetings they had to do.
• This was a State Mental Institution with all kinds of patients. Keeping them safe and recognizing behaviors and letting nurse and doctors know.
