Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) Awards Program
The gist of the program is to keep the people motivated as well as stay in compliance; I found that when the people are motivated and recognized they do their job with
pride. After drafting a plan of action I presented it to both Director of Operations and Director of Technical and Administration and they felt it was a great idea, but adjusted it to fit the entire scope of the program. After quickly adjusting it and representing it, they moved on it as quickly as possible.
