Proven leader with customer satisfaction and boosting sales at Denim Exchange through building relationships and addressing the potential customers needs. I ensured that health and safety regulations were met and creating a positive work environment. Also learned how to run a shift which made me more of a leader. What helped me learn how to run a shift was the knowledge I had about the business and to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to.
As a shift leader at Blaze Pizza in the city of South Gate, i had to make sure shifts ran smoothly. What i did to make sure that happened, everyone was on top of their tasks at work, a healthy/friendly environment, and most importantly was to make sure customers left with a good and satisfied experience.
Got a job as a barista coming out of high school, wanted to learn about the coffee business and how it ran. Most importantly I learned with the time I was at Starbucks was making sure the customer was happy. Happy customers in the long run leads to endless customers through recommendations.
My first job was a sales job, working at Denim Exchange taught me how to build relationships with customers and built potential for additional sales. Through building relationships with clients, it increased loyalty and a sense of connection. I boosted sales by consistently engaging with customers and addressing their needs and made sure they felt heard.
