My experience in Genesys Works was good because I liked it and learned a lot of new things. Some of the things I learned were Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. At first, I never knew how to use this app but I learned during the summer training by asking for help and giving out help.

• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assisted my mom with daily living need to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.
• Built strong relationships with my family to deliver emotional support and companionship.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.

• Assisted with special events or programs.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Supported staff with clerical work and other office tasks.

• Collaborated with students to complete homework assignments, identify lagging skills, and correct weaknesses.
• Motivated students towards learning and studying to build self-confidence and reduce fear of failure.
• Supported students with helpful study habits and exam strategies.
• Provided homework assistance using specific curriculum and materials.
• I helped teachers teach Quran to the kids.
