Server and Active directory

• Server Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems

• Manage the ESXi host and virtual machine resource allocation (CPU, memory, hard disk) and also monitor and managing performance of ESXi servers and Virtual Machines using Vmware,Vsphere and Nutanix (prism elements) Preparing templates for the provisioning of the servers.
• Creation of Clusters, adding hosts in clusters, Manage the servers in the clusters according to the application and service.
• Health Check for VMs and ESXi host.
• Virtual machine resource management.
• Working with multiple Vendors (VMware and Cisco) to fix the hardware and application issues. Exporting and analyzing VM-support Logs for ESXi servers, UCSM/Chassis logs for CISCO blades and also vCenter logs to diagnose the root cause of the problem.

Whitelisting IP space for various Project team to access external vendors access to ensure safe and secure connectivity.

To check and manage the IP address that are denied using firewall rule by investigating Source and destination IP address.

To create / modify and manage firewall rules as requested.

O365 Exchange and Azure Entra ID

• Provide technical administration and support on Office 365 applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
• Manage and configure Office 365 groups and distribution lists using exchange admin center
• Monitor and manage Office 365 service health and incident management.
  Investigates identified security breaches in accordance with established procedures and recommends any required actions. Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges, and administers logical access controls and security systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems using message trace option in exchange admin center
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues, including delayed or failed email delivery, email routing, and email compliance problems in defender

Support identity and access management, including user and group management in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

IT support, Network and Monitoring
