An accomplished Project Management Professional with over a decade of expertise in leading and executing complex security systems and ITS projects. My career encompasses key leadership roles, including serving at the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Security System Department (SSD)and Traffic Department, where I directed initiatives from concept through RFPs to successful completion. As Technical Manager for the Traffic Department Security Systems Violations Control Room, I oversaw the lifecycle of over 2,000 law enforcement systems, including weigh stations, tripod-mounted radars, in-vehicle radars, fixed radars, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). My role encompassed: Strategic planning, governance, and quality assurance. Technical design and quality control of multi-vendor security solutions. Budget alignment and team management for more than 20 staff. Managing five advanced data decoding and analysis systems. ITS/SCATS integration between traffic management systems for improved operational efficiency. Comprehensive knowledge of SCADA systems and their applications in security and traffic management. Comprehensive knowledge of data centers and control rooms for monitoring and decision-making systems. Implementation and management of fiber-optic networks to support system connectivity and scalability. Interfacing with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient system integration. My expertise includes integrating advanced technologies, such as geofencing, drones, and anti-drone systems, into security operations. My skills encompass advising on tactical drone applications, regulating UAV zones, and strategizing drone bans and authorizations. I have delivered high-level presentations and lectures to senior traffic police officers, national traffic safety committees, and government officials, emphasizing the operational and technical aspects of ITS and security systems.
