reducing DEA (Delivery Efficiency Accuracy) defects to provide a pleasant
customer experience.
Experience of Quality PG (Process Guide) and taking ownership of ensuring the
team's staged containers and missing containers were under dwell threshold target
and/or found to be properly loaded, respectively. Drove down DEA misses as a
result and specifically targeted VPM (Virtual Physical mismatch) defects by
identifying Standard Work misses and coaching team members.
