همه دستگاه ها در ازمایشگاه نمیتوان کالیبر کرد چون تجهیزات مخصوص میخاست
بعضی را فرستاده شرکت مخصوص و بعضی ها دیگر از شرکت خاصی امده و‌کالیبر میکردن.
ما در ازمایشگاه بعضی دستکاه ها رو کالیبر میکردیم
مثال:
1. OVEN :
یک دماسنج دیجیتالی که خودش از قبل کالیبر شده بود
در داخل اون میگذاشتیم و دمای ان را یادداشت کرده و از طرف دیگر خود اون یه نمایشگر دما دارد که دماها را یا داشت کرده
و اختلاف انها را محاسبه کرده.
2. ترازو :
برای ترازو‌وزنه هایی هست با وزن ثابت و‌گرم های مختلف و‌هر کدام گرمش مشخص هست را روی ترازو گذاشته
و‌ترازو‌باید وزنی را نشان دهد که با عدد وزنه بکسان باشد
در غیر اینصورت متوجه میشوی دستگاه از کالیبره خارج‌شده است .

خواص مواد شیمیایی که از پتروشیمی ها به دیت ما رسیده رو در ازمایشگاه اندازهگیری میکرده
مانند
پلی اتلین با چکالی بالا (HDPE)
خواصی مانند
دمای دوب
کشش سطحی
و‌دمای شکنندکی
را بررسی کرده
که برای محاسبه کشش سطحی
مواد را داخل اکسترودر ریخته و دمای ان را تنظیم کرده با توجه به دنای دوب ان (MFI)
و بعد از ان خواص را اندازه کیری کرده
و بعد از تایید
ماده مورد نظر به کارخانه وارد میشد برای تولید محصول.

به تکنسین های جدید تست ها و روش اندازه کیری و کار با دستگاه هارو و را به انها باد داده
و خمچنین مشتریانی که برای تست و انالیز موادشان مارا انتخاب کرده بودن به ازمایشگاه اماده
دستگاه ها را از نزدیک دیپه و به انها توضیح میدادم با استاندارد مخصوص خود دستگاه .
