Weight Training

I love working out whether its weight training or cardio, because it will help me live a happy and healthier life. Working out is especially good for my current job, due to the amount of criminals who are fit. I always think about what will happen if i do engage in a physical fight with a suspect during an arrest, I would want to make sure I am physically fit to avoid getting injured.
