• Procured equipment, developed policies and procedures, built documentation and scheduling templates, and outlined the referral management process for the new service line.
• Successful pilot expansion of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Service Line at offsite location 20 hours per week (2010-2014).
• Recruitment and retention of 6.0 FTE pediatric orthopedic physical therapists to support the service line across two locations.
