As a Baltimore County Senior Center Director (classified as a Senior Affairs Associate II) I oversee the daily operations of a community senior center. I am responsible for program planning, facility management, staff and volunteer supervision, and community outreach to promote the health and independence of older adults.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, educational, and social programs.
Facility Oversight: Ensure the safe operation, maintenance, and security of the center's building and equipment.
