Starting these commitments as a pre-teen to now has taught me many life skills. It has taught me how to take on responsibility of not just myself but of others too. Babysitting and working with kids has taught me how to manage my time while also ensuring the kids also complete their routines too. These commitments have given me a whole new perspective of creativity, from designing and planning events for NCL to making forts with the kids. Lastly, it has taught me how to be a leader and take on tasks with confidence and a growth mindset.
