• Process and review all recorded documents, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments., for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze title documents and conduct research on real estate titles to ensure accuracy.
• Evaluate documents to determine property ownership.
• Review real estate closing files to identify and correct errors.
• Perform title searches, ordered reports and obtained clearance documents.
• Verify all liens were recorded correctly in reference to their effective dates
• Review title commitments for compliance with lender's requirements.
• Verify tax information pertaining to properties under review.

• Verify documentation against compliance standards and communicated deficiencies to resolve issues.
• Complete in-depth examinations of financial information to detect compliance issues.
• Follow proper protocols for reporting suspected violations to internal personnel.
