- Represented the Office of the Attorney General in District Court to establish, modify, and enforce child support court orders.
- Approximately fifty percent (50 %) of time was spent in the Dallas County Courts negotiating, settling, or trying contested hearings to the IV-D judges.
- Assigned an alphabetical caseload of approximately three thousand (3,000) cases.
- Primarily responsible for all Spanish speaking clients during court docket days. Spanish speaking clients represented approximately thirty percent (30%) of the child support cases.
- Translated several cases from English to Spanish for the IV-D judges in Dallas County, Texas, at the request of the judge.
