- As Lead Security I am responsible for managing a team of 5 to 50 guards.
- I meet and communicate with the managers of the site and event to insure their needs are met and all concerns are addressed prior to the commencement of the shift.
- I am the one who puts out fires, calms the ecscalating situations, communicates between owners/ management, staff and customers, resolves problems, improves operations and along with my team provides exceptional service.
- I am adaptable and proficient in learning new concepts quickly and efficiently, as well as, sensing and getting a concept of what the client wants; then delivering it with excellent customer service.
- Using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for challenging situations; and constantly training the team in these areas while effectively communicating under pressure, allowed me to prophiciently manage the security team and deliver a superior Security Service.
- I repeatedly and consistently demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
- Being aware and paying attention to detail while completing assignments is a key characteristic of mine.
- Communicating professionally and accurately both verbally and in written reports is an essential goal of mine.
