Additional Roles at CM ALMY:

• Wellness Team Member since January 2017, and Wellness Team Leader since 2019 until the current date. Activities: scheduling, leading meetings with the team members, planning, implementing activities, challenges, lunch and learns, wellness bulletin board, etc. Promoting healthy lifestyle habits and improving the integral well-being of the employees.
• Safety Coordinator from January 2021 to January 2023. Managed safety and health programs, enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• ALMY’s Angels Leader since January 2018 to the current date. Planning and implementing activities to raise money to support breast cancer awareness. Every year in October, the money raised during the year is donated to the Pittsfield Hospital to support the community.

• Work with the Manufacturing Engineer to improve methods, document processes for new products, update processes for existing products, create (DFT) Demand Flow Technology sheets, review (BOMs) Bill of Materials, and report discrepancies to take corrective actions.

• Assist the Materials Department by performing administrative tasks such as preparing daily inventory and backlog reports. Send the material requirements to the suppliers weekly. Help the buyers in placing and confirming purchase orders. Support the department in updating data in the system. Prepare and send the daily report to update the Customer Service Department with planned dates by item. Support the area covering positions in some activities when some employees are absent.
