Most of the jobs that I have taken, and my first career option, has been in the serving and aiding others to progress, achieve, or at least meet the needs required. I also require of myself to progress and achieve. I have always been told, and I believe, 'if you're going to do something you might as well do it right', and 'if you don't get it right the first time, don't make excuses, just fix it until it is.' I am a constant learner, and I love to develop new skills. I'm not afraid of responsibility. I can either take the role as leader/manager, or be a part of a team effort; and I do my part to help in having the team reach the tasks required. I learn quickly, and can multi-task easily. I also have a good memory. I would be good for your company because I try to do my best at whatever task that is at hand.
