I collaborate closely with the trauma program manager and trauma medical director. Together we thoroughly assess cases to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to implement the recommended changes. Furthermore, I consistently analyze data and criteria to ensure that we are continuously enhancing our service to benefit our community. Additionally, I possess strong proficiency in POwerPoint and Excel, allowing me to effectively present data and information to the PEER group on a regular basis. This ensures that our entire team remains updated on any changes that are made.

I was entrusted with the care and treatment of patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment. I consistently maintained balance and prioritization throughout my shifts to ensure that each patient received prompt and appropriate care. Utilizing my strong triage skills, I efficiently categorized patients to expedite their care when necessary. Moreover, I actively collaborated with my team and the physicians to deliver care in and efficient, compassionate and timely manner. By effectively communication and coordinating with all members involved, I was able to provide the highest level of care for my patients.

I was responsible for providing care to post-operative patients in a step-down unit, this included status post CABG, valve and thoracic surgery. In addition to cardiothoracic surgery, I also provided care for patients undergoing re-vascularization, carotid endarterectomy and amputations. I was also committed to timely reporting and communication with the charge RN and physicians regarding and complications or concerns that arose. This allowed for prompt action and appropriate decision making to ensure the well-being of my patients. I developed proficiency in wound care and dressing changes, equipping me to provide high quality care in this specialized area. I prioritized care in a compassionate ans effective manner.
