
Over 19 years of aviation experience, with 16 of those years within quality. During that time in quality, have taken on the responsibilities of the team lead. Create dynamic and positive workplace culture to align with organizational mission and values. Have trained approximately 30+ new hires and mentor struggling teammates to achieve overall team success through cross training. Have participated in the Diversity Council, Safety Team Focal, and the Employee Involvement Program. Also, have participated in the Pre-Flight Exploration Program, formally known as Transition to Management, and have received the Boeing Values Recognition award 2023.
