• Oversee and greet customers while monitoring access control at Meta's campus facilities, to verify and credential staff ensuring the protection of Meta’s staff, assets and reputations
• Conduct patrols of the promises to proactively prevent and detect signs of intrusion, simultaneously screening visitors to prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas
• Promptly dispatch alarms and report any injuries or hazards
• Monitored CCTV surveillance systems and alarm systems to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets.

I was responsible for conducting background investigations for locally employed individuals at the U.S Embassy, as well as other Chief of Mission facilities. I have conducted hundreds of background and criminal investigations, and in several of these investigations, I discovered derogatory information which resulted in not granting security certifications.

• My primary responsibility was to conduct both simple and complex investigations, which included, but was not limited to, the review and analysis of various assigned cases
• This involved determining appropriate investigative procedures, conducting interviews, checking records, and gathering information
• I meticulously documented findings, statements, observations, and evidentiary materials
• And prepared comprehensive and detailed reports
• Additionally, I conducted through face-t-face interviews with employers, families, neighbors, friends, and suspects, meticulously documenting all investigative finds.

My primary role involved supporting security and safety management for the Head of Security and country offices. This included capacity building for staff involved in security management, such as Regional Coordinators, Security Focal Points, and Management Teams. I revised Security and Safety Management Plans, which encompassed Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Medical Plans. Additionally, I designed and implemented protection measures and provided advice on recommended access procedures. Understanding the context, I could provide conflict analysis as needed. Furthermore, I conducted training sessions for both national and international staff, covering personal security, security management, crisis management, and access procedures.

As an overseer of security operations within organizations, I developed security strategies, implemented procedures, and supervised security focal points and guards. My responsibilities spanned across various settings, ensuring the safety and security of the organization and its assets.

I was responsible to manage and control Critical High Stress Situations and incidents. proved information of routine difficulty and draw conclusions, as well as organizes, manages and supervises all aspects of the protective detail to ensure that protective security requirements of the clients.

Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors to measure and assure the quality of a product and services meet consumer expectations.
