I have years of developing engaging lesson plans and use assessments to measure student success. I have successfully navigated diverse classroom environments and supporting students with facilitating discussions and activities. I have also implemented intervention strategies and discipline management techniques to enhance student success. As an energetic and motivated educator with extensive knowledge in various subjects I am also detailed-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. I possess the ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy, proficient in evaluating , monitoring student performance and organizing daily work as well as informal and formal assessments.
