My experience as a teacher in a daycare center has spanned approximately four to five years with children ages three to four years old. It is my priority to keep the children safe and assist them in any way I can. On the other hand, I focus on teaching the children manners, appropriate behavior, emotional management, personal hygiene, organization after any activity, and many other things. Although I taught daycare, I also focused on the children's basic learning in order to prevent them from feeling lost in kindergarten and preschool when they get to school. In addition, being bilingual, I take some time out of my day to teach the children Spanish since a child's brain is like a sponge that absorbs any information and the ability to teach them a new language will be a great benefit to them in the future . I also gained experience working with children with special needs due to the fact that I had two autistic children in my classroom, which allowed me to learn how to help them communicate with me and assist them in their educational needs. My work as a teacher has allowed me to learn to be a person capable of giving love, having patience, being dedicated to each of my students' needs, and above all, it has allowed me to help in the development and learning of children.

• As a waitress and translator, my responsibility was to provide more comfortable and efficient service to non-Spanish-speaking customers.
