Contracted with Baltimore City Department of Social Services to ensure all children in foster care receive health services and medical needs are met. Provided case management by collaborating with foster parents, caseworkers, and medical teams. Document assessments, treatment plans and resolutions.

Responsible for babies 32 weeks gestational age or greater who require close monitoring. Assist in emergency deliverers, stabilize infants and provide care to the infant needing to be transferred to higher level of care.

Responsible for assessing, and providing interventions for the neonate. Aspired to provide appropriate family center patient care, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
