- Skillfully dispositioned, replaced, and transferred 360,182 items of COMSEC equipment, comprised of 10,456 requests, yielding 100 percent accountability for 450 Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Military Sealift accounts worldwide, with zero discrepancies.

- Assisted in the development of an innovative SharePoint portal to process communications security requests more accurately and expeditiously. The portal reduced process time by 50 percent, resulting in quicker turnaround time, and strongly increased COMSEC readiness in the military. The project became the leading example of innovative and streamlined processes in the Naval Information Forces Community.

- Maintained three different SharePoint sites, including managing updates, access control, and privilege management.

- Held the position of division supervisor, two pay grades above me, for six months to support a smooth transition during staff turnover.

- Developed and implemented a training program for junior IT staff to promote standard operating procedures in several IT tasks.

- Managed customers' expectations of support and technology functionality in order to provide positive user experience.

- Acted as the primary manager for the command Facebook page, increasing engagement by 10 percent.

- Served as the command photographer, photographing 73 events, promotions, and summits.
