Im a full time senior sales associate in logistics for harbor freight, i do mainly floor work, stocking, lifting, Pogs, cleaning, cash handling, customer service, selling memberships and warrantys, Handling heavy materials off of trucks and understanding inventory while putting them in designated bays. Very efficient in a rushed environment, aswell as able to asses tasks under stress and keep a good attitude making sure customers are happy and satisfied with their visit.

• Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome, figure out if they are walk-ins or have a mobile order to pick up, then id help the customer accordingly, collecting the items they purchased or plan to purchase, trying to decide what size ham and or turkey would be best for the number of guests they have attending for the holidays, then i would check them out and bag their items and send them on their way with a warm smile and a “have a wonderful Thanksgiving/Christmas”

• Greeting the customers when they come in, being patient while they look at them menu and decide what they would like to order, make their food for them on the line while they watch so if they want extra or less i can provide that for them, then i would check the customer out and plate their food or bag it depending if it’s for to-go or dine in.
