Federal Inspector at 8 different food processing facilities throughout the states of Mississippi and Tennessee. Most facilities employ several hundred workers. Inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness, logistics, operation practices, their employee practices and animal health. Assist management with solutions to resolve problems with safety matters, facility issues and their employee practices. Process and file the necessary federal documents to keep various operations compliant with federal regulations.

Golf Course Construction Supervisor

Construction of the now closed 18 hole Golf Course according to blue prints. Supervise 4 to 6 people constructing greens, trenching and installing large pvc pipe for irrigation system and install sprinkler heads. Route miles or electrical wire in trenches back to main control podiums. Maintain equipment, report progress to owners and superintendent, update blue prints and create wire diagram for irrigation system sprinkler heads and control panels.
