• Demonstrate proficiency as a fully authorized VA credit and collateral underwriter -Top 10% in
  efficiency and quality of work
• Ensure accuracy of documents, data and appropriate decisions per guidelines, including
  timely correction of investor delivery violations and compliance reviews or audit requests
• Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines/processes

• Assist Loan Coordinator Team Lead with overseeing and mentoring Loan Coordinators for loan accuracy, customer service, increased efficiency and performance management
• Assist Loan Coordinator Team Lead with assigning out file coverage when a loan coordinator is out of the office to ensure the borrower and loan officer receive the best customer service possible.

• Effectively manage a pipeline of 100+ active loans from application to Funding within required turn times and quality standards.
• Effectively communicate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and third party vendors responding promptly to inquiries and requests
• Receive, validate, and organize loan documents to clear underwriting conditions for loan approval
