On June 1st of 2016 I retired from the Air Force at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant after a long distinguishing career as a vertical lift Flight Engineer. I am currently employed by CAE as a CV-22 Osprey Contract Platform Flight Simulator Instructor working on the ATARS II contract.
My goal is to use my technical skill, flexibility, adaptability, motivation, and leadership experience to be a valuable member of your team.
I perform Classroom instruction of all Aircraft Systems to Active Duty Air Force Pilots and Special Mission Aviators (SMA) gaining qualification to operate the CV-22 Osprey. I also instruct those Pilots and SMAs using a state of the art CV-22 Osprey Flight Simulator. Instruction includes Normal Operations, Emergency Procedures and Tactical Operations using real world scenarios. I assist students in retaining lecture information with creation of guides and course materials. I optimize day-to-day instruction to align educational strategies with industry best practices. I oversee curriculum development and implementation in alignment with best practices. I evaluate and revise lesson plans and course content to achieve student-centered learning. I apply various teaching aids to minimize learning gaps and instruct and motivate students. I review class and student records to identify improvement opportunities.

6 years of leadership and management experience as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. Qualified Air Education & Training Command (AETC) Master Instructor.
Over 2900 flying hours in CV-22, MH-53J/M, UH-1N, UH-1H, and MI-17 with 597 of those in combat. 657 hours as an instructor and evaluator.
DoD Secret Clearance. Current through 2026.

Managed demanding $20M CV-22 Initial Qualification Aircrew Training Program.
Lead diverse team of Airmen/civilian/contractors in managing six aircrew syllabi, 340 lessons & $120M simulator.
Responsible for the leadership, management, training and career development of 425 students and 24 Non-Commission Officers from multiple airframes.
Developed & administered qualification/requisite/periodic aircrew examinations & conducted flight and ground evaluations.
Executed demanding Field Training Unit training syllabi including Tactical Aerial Refueling, Alternate Insertion Extraction, and covert Night Vision Goggle infiltration/exfiltration operations.
