
I'm a motivated and enthusiastic researcher with a strong background in molecular genetics and a keen interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms of human diseases. My primary research interests include cancer biology, molecular genetics, gene regulation, and the development of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
My M.Sc. thesis focused on the effects of Epirubicin on the expression of miR-143-3p and miR-145 in MCF7 and MDA-MB231 breast cancer cell lines. Through this project, I gained valuable experience in experimental design, mammalian cell culture, RNA extraction, real-time PCR, gene expression analysis, and scientific data interpretation.
Currently, I'm investigating the antitumor effects of 4T1-derived exosomes enriched with miR-124 in a mouse model of breast cancer, with the goal of understanding the therapeutic potential of exosome-based microRNA delivery for cancer treatment.
Through my academic and research experience, I've developed strong skills in experimental design, molecular biology techniques, and data analysis. I am seeking a Ph.D. opportunity to further expand my research expertise and contribute to meaningful discoveries in biomedical science.
