• Managed a cross-functional project team of 25+ members to successfully design and implement enhancement requests and defect fixes.

Project: Internal Revenue Service

• Work with various stakeholders across multiple organizations to coordinate technical working sessions.
• Support client-side initiatives on cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing role.
• Develop program roadmaps, target state plans, and release plans to execute solution architecture, and attend program planning activities.
• Perform deep dives on legacy systems that include collecting functional and technical requirements, interviewing business and application owners, and analyzing detailed data exchanges and elements.
• Develop Congressional deliverables, such as Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Testing Strategy and Implementation Plan (TSIP).
• Conduct informational training sessions, which include development concepts, industry standards, and best practices.
• Support compiling and updating various reports for key stakeholders to communicate the current status.
• Guide and launch solutions to our clients' most complex challenges.

• Conduct EW all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis to characterize system performance and capabilities
• Analyze ground, naval and aircraft radar, radar warning receivers, communications, electronic attack, identify friend or foe, navigation, electro-optical/infrared, weapon systems, and other onboard electronic systems
• Develop EW system models to support the national EWIRDB
• Analyze intelligence reports in support of mission data generation
• Directly support organizations charged with exploiting EWIRDB information in order to develop weapon systems and electronic countermeasures and to formulate tactics and operational deployment strategies
