• This restaurant provided a bit more of an upper scale experience towards guests as we were properly taught how to satisfy and maintain a good customer relationship. Provided me with extended knowledge about liquor as we were known for having many exotic cocktails. Restaurant was busy the majority of the time, especially on weekends so we would be expected to handle about 5-10 tables at a time including large parties while sometimes running appetizers and some entrees.

• Handled the majority of the crowd as only 1-3 servers would be on shift depending on how busy it was due to its small capacity. Also poured drinks like sake and beer and prepared desserts as well.
