• As the Senior API Product Manager at Charles Schwab, I led the development and launch of a groundbreaking personalization capability for Schwab Personalization Indexing products. This innovation empowered investors to tailor their investment portfolios according to their individual preferences, goals, and values.

  Product Leadership: As the API Product Owner for the personalization team, I was responsible for defining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and setting strategic direction. This involved overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
  
  Innovative Features Development: Spearheaded the development and implementation of features enabling customers to personalize their investment portfolios.
