- Joined as one of the first three people (with the CEO and principal) and built and ran the school's day-to-day operations as it scaled from 3 to 30 staff.
- Acted as second-in-command, owning all urgent operational decisions and keeping the school running whenever leadership was away.
- Led marketing as project manager: ran PPC and SMS campaigns, coordinated external agencies, and built external partnerships for the school.
- Designed core operating systems from scratch: scheduling and teacher-cover, school-wide feedback cycles, and a student consultation and progress-tracking framework.
- Owned the full student project track end to end, from concept through delivery framework, and defined entrance and transfer assessment criteria.
- Ran weekly cross-team syncs, set priorities, and represented the school at 20+ schools and 10+ open-day workshops (including running full parent meetings solo).
- Hired and onboarded my successor, then handed over cleanly; continue as a mentor in app development and project/product management.

- Worked on 10+ projects across medtech and fintech, building web and mobile interfaces in Vue.js, Ionic and JavaScript. Clients included Finax, Medirex, Abuddy, Growni, BDO, Penta Real Estate, iFonduri and Sportio.
- Technical lead on a social app from early development through delivery to the app stores; shipped 3 apps to stores in total.
- Built internal plugins and tooling for the company to speed up delivery.
- Prepared project cost estimates for sales and stepped in to handle clients directly when project PM cover was needed.
