  • Provided timely technical support to the emergency and other programme sections for developing and updating the Haiti Country Office COVID-19 Response Plan, ensuring that the Haiti CO Covid-19 Response Plan is equipped with (a) a result framework built with SMART indicators, baselines, targets, means and sources of verification, (b) is aligned to the Haitian national Covid-19 response plan and the UNICEF Covid-19 Global HAC/Global sitrep.
  • Conducted a review and quality assurance of over 80 programme documents (SSFA, HPD and PD amendments) submitted by programme sections and UNICEF implementing partners, significantly improving the quality of the programme design in line with existing COVID-19 programming guidelines and ensuring that priority indicators are systematically integrated into programme documents.
  • Provided technical support to the emergency section and other programme sections in developing and maintaining really time, flexible and adaptive monitoring systems tailored to the specific context of Haiti following the global COVID-19 pandemic.
  • This included operationalising an online Google sheet-based tool used by 30 UNICEF Haiti Covid-19 implementing partners as a joint partner reporting platform of progress against the CO priority and high-frequency indicators.
