• Managed a team responsible for supporting around 25 applications in Consumer Small Business Marketing, encompassing Pay, Customer, Fraud, Risk, Card, Complaints, C2T (Customer to Touch Point), and BMG (Business Modeling Group) data processing. Implemented effective daily routines utilizing available monitoring tools and provided education to enhance issue response time and elevate support quality.
• Assisted all the apps we support during their migration activities and helped set up well needed observability monitoring to make sure we don’t miss any failures during the daily batch processing
• collaborated with app teams to create IAC code using terraform to set up some application level infrastructure and create some custom metrics and alerts
• Helped create and run Airflow Dags in GCP
• Used tools like Ab initio,Teradata,Oracle to perform complex data analysis ,produce a workarounds and implement bug fixes. Also had meetings with upstream and downstream partners to resolve issues when needed.
• Used various monitoring tools like Autosys,Grafana,Jaws,ITRS,big Panda,Elastic APM,App Dynamics to regularly monitor the health of the applications and also helped onboard them into these tools
• Educated team members on app functionality and data issues to enhance business knowledge and expertise. Facilitated effective communication with upstream/downstream partners for prompt issue resolution. Supported app teams as a subject matter expert, ensuring seamless problem-solving.
• Created monthly deck for all the apps we support identifying Risks, achievements, Tech debts and discussed trends in the number of INC tickets, Problem tickets and change requests with senior managers and direct managers monthly
• Created and implemented cutover during DR event and exercises
• As a cloud champion I played a role in establishing the end-end design for GCP cloud migration project that will be used by multiple applications onboarding to GCP
• Also assisted few applications to migrate to AWS that use AWS Glue jobs
• Implemented PMR (platform minimum requirements) to make sure all the required basic observability monitoring is in place for all the apps that are migrating to GCP
• I have gathered all the required documentation to efficiently support and educate the team about the same
• Helped apps that use PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) to implement Platform minimum requirements for well needed observability.

• The BMG database includes a comprehensive time-series of detailed customer transactions and behavioral data supporting product management and pricing, risk management, fraud and finance
• The data is also aggregated to create profiles at the account, customer and product level
• BMG is the foundation and source for downstream tools and applications, including the Risk Data Mart, Deposit Dashboard and Enterprise Complaints Management Repository
• The group manages other applications as well, such as on the Watch and Enterprise Voice of the Customer
• I was primarily involved in unix to Linux re-platforming activities which includes converting the code to new Linux standards and migrating the code to new environment using deployment tools like Anthill and Udeploy
• Also worked on scheduling the jobs using Autosys
• Simultaneously, I was involved in many enhancement projects along with working on some bug fixes of some existing production issues.

• Primary objective of this project is to fully replace all of DTCMO’s (WSI’s primary Direct to Consumer Order Management and Care Center solution which is mainframe) functionality to other core systems Sterling Order Management solution [New] Call Center User Interface (CCUI) Master Data Management (MDM) application Centralized Service
• Worked on Sun setting of DTCMO and transitioning to Sterling (Teradata) to enhance order management, increase functionality, and improve system integrations.
• This is done with the help of the ETL tools Abinitio and Teradata.

• SunTrust Bank is in the process of migrating all applications off their HP Superdome to a HP Linux Grid platform
• It is as good as a technology refresh program wherein the whole infrastructure (hardware, software) is getting upgraded to the higher versions and improvised from performance standpoint
• This tech refresh project is called “SDP2 – (Strengthen Data Provisioning 2)
• This project will improve the data provisioning capabilities through the DIME and BI Environment through a series of improvements to infrastructure and functional capabilities.

• Customer Level Profitability Reporting (CLPR) is a system that calculates risk-adjusted profitability at an individual customer account or instrument level
• It then summarizes the data to the customer level for reporting purposes
• CLPR has been built at the instrument level across all lines of business, using individual customer accounts as the lowest common denominator
• The goal of CLPR is to provide a consistent source of customer and product profitability information across Bank of America
• More accurate and complete data should allow associates to better understand and manage their businesses in line with the Bank's corporate strategy.

• Integrated Fulfillment Manager deals with the fulfillment of the offers of the credit card holders
• It involves the process of getting the fulfillment requests from different source systems (trusted and un-trusted), validating the data integrity as well as business intent and then processing the request
• The processing includes queue, submitting and reconciliation of the fulfillment requests
• It operates in agile mode
• In addition to the above processing the Integrated Fulfillment Manager also deals with processing real-time alerts, which would send alerts to the customers in real time.

• Card Data Services is an ETL services project for a major financial institution
• This module prepares the data for loading the Card Data Warehouse, which includes data cleansing, and transformations
• This mainly involves complex designs and redesign of existing projects
• It handles mostly the Capital One credit card customer’s data
• My primary responsibility in this module is to code abinitio graphs and lead the team efficiently through the SDLC cycle from requirements gathering to unit testing providing optimized designs.

• Risk Data Strategy is an initiative by a major financial institution towards Basel II compliance
• The scope of the project includes obtaining data from various source systems, cleansing and standardizing them, loading them in a data warehouse after transformations, develop semantic layer to enable reporting for analyzing the associated risks.
