Youth Community Involvement

  • Encouraged the community to be interested in celebrating less talked about national holidays such as Juneteenth.
  • Organized and put together local events such as community cookouts, kickball games and water balloon fights during national holidays for the youth and local communities to celebrate as one.
  • Raised funds from local businesses and going house to house to fund these local events.
  • Marketed these events through social media and person to person with fliers and t-shirts to increase attendance and engagement.


Community Golf Outreach
