As a new graduate LVN, I have completed an approved vocational nursing program and passed the NCLEX-PN with extensive hands-on clinical training in hospital and healthcare settings. My clinical experience includes providing direct patient care, performing vital signs and patient assessments, administering medications as permitted, wound care, catheter care, blood glucose monitoring, and accurate documentation in electronic health records. I am trained in infection control, patient safety, and collaborating with RNs and interdisciplinary teams. I bring strong communication skills, a commitment to compassionate patient-centered care, and a willingness to learn and grow.
