• Collaborate with Structural Heart team to facilitate TAVR and other structural heart procedures workflow. Coordinates with Cath Lab, Interdisciplinary team, and Valve companies in scheduling structural procedures.
• Providing patients with informative, comprehensive, and patient centered pre op consultation that involves Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgeon, and Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Providing patients with pre op instruction, in hospital expectations, discharge instructions, and patient responsibility in follow up care.
• Manage data entry to NCDR, run reports and Data Quality Review.
• Provide quarterly and annual reports to physicians.
• Assist with outcomes and metrics review.
• Provided regular updates to team leadership on quality metrics by communicating in hospital and follow up events.
• Follow up and keep track of 30 day ad 1 year follow up echo. Monitor increase gradients and PVL and report to physicians accordingly.

Manage NCDR data entry for PCI and ICD procedures. Review outcomes and metrics quarterly and annually with physicians. Review events and analyze for quality improvement.

Manage Cardiac Cath Lab Workflow.

Clinical experience including Cardiac Surgery, ICU, Post PCI, and Cardiac Telemetry.
