I began working at Target on February 15, 2025, as a fulfillment expert. I was promoted to a (TSS) Target Security Specialist at Target's new Waukee location on 12/14/2025. My job description is handling and dealing with safety protocols and theft. With growth and trust amongst my coworkers and boss, I showed many skill traits such as having a:

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness, and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple tasks.

I began my (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts career late October of 2022. I have learned many things within training and coaching first of all is in order to learn you have to set your ego aside, this is an essential skill for developing within any profession. I was asked in early 2025 to help coach Absolutes 8-week beginner program twice. This allowed me to show others the basics to developing skills and building their own confidence within themselves. I was also recommend to a Women's self defense class that I volunteered in to help women learn and develop basic skills to defend themselves.

Waukee APEX (Aspiring Professional Experience) was an internship and workshop that allowed me as a young aspiring professional to develop social skills, professionalism, and problem solving. I learned many great things but one of the main things I picked up on was learning to execute and complete tasks within a timed period. This skill allowed me to handle stress and allow me to develop a scheduled routine.
