Captain Myles & crew member Sam were top notch salts from the minute we met them on F Dock. The Westsail 42 is a solid boat, clean & able to take any kind of weather. Myles & Sam always had the boat under control with ease. Along with their keen sailing expertise, they naturally engaged with our entire party. They emphasized safety & anticipated everyone’s comfort. They clearly enjoyed their work, & so did we! Thank you.

November 2022: We booked the Nomad to scatter my Dad’s ashes, and the whole experience could not have been more perfect! Myles and his crew member were kind, compassionate, and totally game when we asked if we could just head straight out to sea! It was windy with big waves, and we all felt 100% comfortable in their capable hands. Myles positioned the boat perfectly for us to release my Dad’s urn, and they sang along with us as we listened to some of Dad’s favorite songs. Beautiful trip, all the way around. Much thanks!

Update November 2023: We sailed again, a year later, and it was just as awesome! Myles and Buddy were the best and our sail was beautiful! Thank you for another great one-we’ll be back again!

We booked a sail to put memorialize our dad and spread his ashes in the bay. Myles, our captain and his mate were beyond professional, they were very safety minded and gave us a great pre-departure briefing. They listened to our needs, understood what our expectations were and went above and beyond to fulfill them. They were respectful and gave us the space to have our ceremony. Conditions were a sailor's dream and they certainly know how to sail that boat - giving us a great experience that we will never forget - our dad loved to sail as do we. We are super grateful for their kindness, professionalism, capabilities and understanding. The Nomad is quite a seaworthy little ship, and was perfect for us. Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful family sailing trip with Captain Myles. Despite us hitting traffic and being SERIOUSLY late, Myles and Sam were gracious and ready to go. Myles reached out in advance via text, so communication was smooth. The sail was relaxing, the boat was lovely, and the kids (age 4 & 6) loved being on the water, seeing sea lions, sea otters and they were strangely excited about the kelp, lol. Even our 1 year old liked it, though it pretty much put her to sleep. :)

It was a great sailing experience! We brought on a party of 5 and it wascomfortable and the sights were amazing! Myles did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and telling us various points of interest. He even gave a quick run down of how to sail the boat! Megan his crew member was super nice and helpful the entire time. A 10/10 experience that I would come back to again and again! Thanks Nomad for making our day great!

We had an absolute blast aboard the Nomad. We booked online, booking and payment were a breeze. Myles our captain was stellar, we had 4 kids on board and he made us all feel welcome. We saw sea lions, tons of jellyfish, sea otters and of course some epic humpback whales! Thanks for the adventure.

We had a terrific time on our 3 hour ride. Myles our Captain was terrific.He made our three hours go by so quickly. He allowed us to see lots of sea lions a harbor seal and many sea otters as well as the kelp forest. Our granddaughters were ready to go again after we got back to the dock . Highly recommend this tour.
