Hello Everyone!!!
My name is Mynji, I'm 20 years old and have 3 years of professional sales, marketing, and promotional work history.
I started my professional marketing career at the age of 17,
at Smoothie King.
I was offered first the Amazon buyer position, thus fled me into Marketing Manager, thus allowed me to fly into Assistant manager, as a minor at 17!
Due to such accomplishments at that age, (plus a fear of solidifying my food business career), I decided to leave Smoothie King.
Thus,
my true professional sales and marketing career would transcend.
I originally got hired under a man named Zachary Pyron, whom 9at the time) owned and managed the Alamo Acquisitions sales office.
We were contracted under the government, with any fortune 100 or 500 company that had a signed contract with the government (under the Biden-Harris administration of 2024).
After working in the Spectrum office for 6 months (under the ACP, Affordable Connectivity Program), my in connect leaders, and close manager Christopher Shum, Tristan Barnes, and I had opened a new office.
Christopher Shumm became licensed under the ACA (Affordable Care, during 2024), and through his new license.
Tristan Barnes, and I, Mynji Hernandez as well became now, newly licensed agents under the government's affordable care act program.
Due to instability, lack of cooperative colleagues, and moral, I decided to leave the government world.
In 2024, I was blessed to enter the heavenly, breathtaking world of Dillard's Corporate retail.
Started in June of 2024,
I worked in 0400, worked my way into 0100 and became a Sale's Specialist, and now currently care for 0700.
Being employed under Dillard's has been the most,
morally miraculous business, personal, and professional decision that I've ever made in my entire life's career.
My goal is to continue to grow within the corporate company, help Dillard's legacy expand, internationally, domestically, within each and every way, and expression possible.
I want to help transcend the generational name and wealth, for many more everlasting decades to come.
Marketing Consultant/Insurance Agent.
-In 2024. Christopher Shumm was the boss and overseer of Tristan Barnes, and Mynji Hernandez.
Tristan was My leader, he had trained me to get promoted to a marketing consultant.
Thus which allowed me to start developing my own sales team, managing (and teaching different offices regarding certain contracts their offices had), and thus allowed Christopher Shumm, Tristan Barnes, and Myself to open our own Health Insurance office, under the Affordable Care Act Program.
We were the first to open insurance office in San Antonio, there were different offices across Texas, However we were the first (at the time) in San Antonio.
Christopher Shumm was our Office Owner, Tristan and I were the Marketing head Assistants running, managing, training, and presenting to the new office we were building.
I myself played a massive role, due to our entire office contract being under a 100% commission contract,
I was also the financial backbone to our Insurance Office.
Every enrollment we processed, 40% of that profit would go to the government, 30% directly to the licensed office, and 30% to the agent enrolling that person.
Insurance Enrollment included Telecom, Business to Business, Door to door, Public events, business events, etc.
Insurance Agent Duties;
Being an Insurance agent meant you were now enrolled, secured, and encrypted into the Government's Affordable care Act contract for insurance.
This meant, I had to take hold of personal proof of legal documents from any individual willing, or in need of healthcare.
Anyone from the age of 18-65 were able to qualify, depending if they received government aid (of any kind).
-Every Insurance Agent received an encrypted badge, QR code, and Insurance website that had every individual agent's voice encrypted.
-We had to validate the insurance application with a audio recorded, voice consent from both the agent and enrollee.
-Multiple business trips in state, and out of state became a high demand due to more insurance offices opening, and the Texas market drying down,.
Marketing consultant Duties;;
Hosting morning, and night workshops, presentations, and educating on new product and government knowledge,.
-Enforced to attend two Business meetings every Tuesday, and Thursday. Tuesday was "crew Night', a night dedicated to all Marketing consultants, leaders, and owners to get their hands on the new hires.
Thursday, "team night'.
Team night was for every marketing consultant, leader, and owner to fraternize, network, and establish new relationships from various in (and out of state) offices.
-Had to attend Marketing Consultant meetings after work (every day),
and every consultant (or leader) that had a trainee (or member under their team), had to discuss the growth, lack of, potential, and future vision for that person in discussion (fired too).
-Had to digitalize every enrollee into a digital google doc, had to constantly keep track of clients regarding their insurance package.
