• Managed multiple residential underground utility install projects simultaneously.
• Construction of 150 homes in Daly City located on a hill front location. Tackled the challenges this difficult to navigate site presented on a daily basis. Played active role in identifying the factors causing delays and translated these to potential change orders in order not to loose profit margins on the project.
• Between managing procurement, design changes, field operations and creating purchase orders, subcontracts, tracking the accrued costs, managed to spend enough time in field shadowing the foreman to understand the ins and outs of daily field operations to assist them better.

City of Oakland - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

• Playing key role on this project, creating and modifying schedules, coordinating field inspections with the City, walking with City's project team to go over RFI requests and possible design changes.
• Documenting construction progress per bid items and work with City's resident engineer to get billing for each month approved.
• Setting targets for D Line's and subcontractor's field crews.
• Communicating design changes to foremen and superintendent and ensuring that the approach and sequence are aligned with project goals.
• Approving field crew's timecards daily, vendor billing, timing material procurement based on requirement, lead times and market price variations.
• Ensuring T&M tags are being signed by the City in timely manner and sending change order requests for negotiation and approval.

• (April 2022 - June 2022) Roblox 950 TI Commercial office space with specialty ceilings, pantries, conference rooms and open offices.

• Facebook FRE 125 Phase 1 100,000SF TI with open offices, conference rooms, micro kitchens, specialty ceilings, ERRCS and DAS systems.

• Loved teaching undergrads back in India, and would love to train fresher PEs if given a chance.
