• Complete modifications, changes, and data collection of analyzers and sample systems.
• Perform calibration, maintenance, installation, repair, and replacement of Gas Chromatographs, CEMS (paramagnetic, UV, NDIR, UV Fluorescence), pneumatic and electronic transmitters, control valves, solenoid valves, and equipment monitoring systems.

• Perform daily validations on 23 regulatory analyzers located in 8 separate CEMS buildings.
• Monitor all process readings and look for any deviations that might hint at potential issues with our sampling system.
• Run quarterly calibration gas audits, assist stack testers with RATAs, and keep a quarterly PM schedule.
• Since arriving in Mandan, I have helped contribute to a total CEMS downtime drop of 52.3% of 2018's average for 2019 quarter one. The following quarter (Q2) downtime dropped by another 50%.
• Developed digital daily check sheets to log and trend vital information on sampling system integrity.
• Perform preventative maintenance/receive in field training with reps from: Siemens, Thermo Scientific, Ametek, and GE.
• Traveled to Houston to complete the CEMS portion of the FAT test for the refinery’s newest unit.
