Solely responsible for managing relationship with our Ensono Managed Service SOW & partnership - 2.2022 - 7.2024

Inclusive of responsibility roles below;

• Operations/Scheduling of daily targeted SLA deliveries - +50k /24hrs executing on 3 Schedulers - (1)Mainframe /ESP and (2)Distributed /UC4 Automic & CADE
• Monitoring all System hardware/software/network
• Escalations and P1 triage related to MF
• IPLs (6) MF systems/lpars - weekly
• Project - zOS IBM upgrade 1.12 / 1.13 to zOS2.5 fully supported - 1/1/2024
• Project - IBM Hardware z13 -> z15 - 1/1/2024
• Project Mainframe to Cloud modernization analysis (hosts AWS, Google): replatform & emulation. Strategic partnering with application's teams.
• Participation and responsibility for Qtly / Yearly Audit & Compliance Controls. Both Internal and External for company CISO.
• Consolidated vendors and renegotiated contracts to optimize costs related licensing & renewals. Payment invoicing/ administration of vendor contracts via SCOUT, assigned to the procurement team, ensuring no lapses or gaps in our MF software.
• Reviewed and analyzed system Capacity reports, records to obtain data required for planning department goals and future activities.
• Continuously review environments for opportunities to AUTOMATE, improve efficiencies, eliminate manual tasks.
• Provide strong leadership and encouragement to enhance team productivity and morale.
• Implemented and developed operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Conducted performance evaluations, compensations and hiring to maintain appropriate staffing requirements.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
