- Surveillance inspection of all ongoing activities at project site.
- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR, and Site Instruction.
- Witness the in-house laboratory tests and carry out the on-site performance tests as per the approved ITP’s.
- Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.
- Carry out the site inspections to ensure the traffic signs are installed along with required accessories.
- Coordinate with the client QAQC inspector for the resolution of site problems and review all Inspection reports for compliance.
- Perform the surveillance inspections during concrete repair, crack repair, expansion joints repair, expansion joints transition strip replacement, Joint sealant application, deck movement joints repair.
- Supervision of excavation works, cable pulling and back filling activities.
- Interacted with clients during inspections and addressed any concerns or questions they had regarding quality standards and compliance.
- Analyzed past projects to identify lessons learned and implemented improvements in quality control processes for future projects.
- Provided training to construction teams on quality control processes and best practices.
