As the Executive Assistant to the Commandant at the U.S. Army War College since September 2021, my role has been instrumental in optimizing the functionality and strategic impact of the Commandant's office. Tasked with managing a complex agenda, I've facilitated pivotal engagements with both foreign army dignitaries and the Army's senior leadership, playing a critical role in advancing diplomatic relations and leadership directives. My duties have extended to overseeing strategic communications, preparing vital documents for decision-making processes, and ensuring the Commandant's messages are conveyed with clarity and impact in all external communications.

In orchestrating high-level events and meetings, I've adeptly handled logistics and coordinated with key stakeholders to guarantee their success, emphasizing my commitment to excellence and attention to detail. My proactive approach in adopting innovative management solutions has significantly enhanced office efficiency, setting new standards for operational effectiveness. This, coupled with my rigorous adherence to confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information, has not only earned me accolades from senior military officials but also solidified my reputation as a key contributor to the War College's mission, underscoring my expertise in organizational and communication skills within a high-stakes military environment.

• Responsible for creating a troop to task model adopted by the company to ensure the accurate tracking of Soldiers, NCOs, missions, details, and competing requirements
• Has excellent knowledge of pre-deployment requirements and has deployed

• Developed 27 Soldiers by teaching all aspects of Gunnery; radio skills, Identifying targets, along with calling out all commands, resulting in all passing
• Possessed knowledge in all facets of transportation
• Coordinated 70% of the Unit redeployment through ground coordination with zero accidents
• Used her knowledge of heavy vehicles and equipment to redeploy over 1,143 pieces of equipment with a net value of over 11,068.288 dollars without incident.

• Recognized and acted on mission intent two levels up; coordinated and planed Platoon missions during JRTC 19-03 resulting in 100% successful mission rate
• Taught 35 classes at platoon and squad level in both field and garrison environment resulting in greater tactical and technical knowledge and efficiency
• Displayed uncanny professionalism at all times; employed diplomatic techniques To correct officers and NCOs when they were not meeting standards.

• Selected by commander and senior NCOs to perform high profile resupply Missions in Iraq from Al Assad and Qayarrah-West
• Demonstrated tactical and technical proficiency during OIR by completing 30 Convoy logistical resupply missions to support both Army, Marines and French forces overseas
• Shared her knowledge and insight; directly contributed to preparing Soldiers For future deployments/contingency operations and redeployment.

• Attended Mountain Athlete Warrior (MAW) training; gained a broader Knowledge of physical training to implement at the platoon level
• Assumed responsibility as Communication NCOIC; quickly developed a Tracking system ensuring the accountability of over $500,000 of equipment
• Knowledge of assigned equipment allowed her to train others on proper Maintenance procedure; allowing for a 95% operational readiness rate.

• Commanded respect while serving in a SSG position from a small unit of 14 high Risk Soldiers through resolute action and confidence
• Performed above her peers by facilitating the completion of action packets for 22 UCMJ packets, nine chapter packets, and six confined Soldier packets
• Assisted in the planning and execution of four time sensitive Courts Martial and Managed transportation for 31 witnesses
• Ensured 100% of all 34 Soldiers chaptered while OCONUS were escorted to Security gates in accordance with 8th Army Regulations.

• Directly responsible for mentoring and training three SFAT Commanders preparing for future deployment to Afghanistan
• Executed the duties and responsibilities of the Battalion Ammo Chief in his absence, while continuing to enable sustaining operations at the company and battalion level Sterling example of military bearing.
