Job Scheduling:Having 9+ years of experience as mainframe engineer is responsible for the 24/7 availability of the mainframe environment. Responsible for researching and patching newly published security vulnerabilities to ensure the integrity of the environment. Worked on installing and upgrading IBM z/OS and regularly performed z/OS. Monitored and reported on resource CPU & Memory utilization to executives and customers. Provided primary and backup support for multiple z/OS IBM. Participated in planning and implementing projects such as Product upgrades, z/OS Operating System upgrades, Mainframe Processor upgrades, and Disaster Recovery tests. Provided support in managing end - to - end MVS related activities Which includes z/Os 2.2 and 2.3 upgrades and maintenance, DR activities, Parmlib management, Supporting IPL. Worked in multiple accounts with different environments with sysplex and monoplex. Involved in multiple DR activities and z13 processor upgrades. Expertise in applying license keys and monthly CIRATS maintenance. Worked in JES2 and JES3 environments and having Knowledge on MVS commands.
