• Order Fulfillment: Managed the preparation and packaging of customer orders from online platforms such as Uber Eats and in-person orders using the Toast POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Catering Coordination: Organized and packed large-scale catering orders, including those for professional MLB and NBA teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Customer Service: Greeted and seated guests upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Addressed customer inquiries and handled reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
• Operational Support: Assisted with daily restaurant operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing.

I worked as a cashier for Smokin' Jacks BBQ during July, 2023. I was asked by the owner if id be able to help out during the Bastille Days festival. I took orders and payments.
