  • The RDA system is fairly simple in concept. Product systems interface with the Online Centre(OLC) back-office, where the RDA server is located. The product system representative and product system owners will create a request to the AutoSC to “sweep” specific systems enabling the collection and transfer of reliability data via the ProDiags package (reli on/off requests in the figure).
