Summary
Through my experience at Modern Construction and Delaware Country Club, I have built customer service and social skills that I could’ve never been taught via lesson. It was raw experience to reality check to new mental framing. With the skills I have now I find my instincts are sharper socially on and off the working grounds, making it not something I have to force, allowing me to be ready to speak to any customer without having to prep my self or hype myself up. I feel I am especially fit for this job due to having honed in the routine of maintaining a pristine environment in both workplaces, and organizing bag storage, and also while ensuring member satisfaction through attentive service.

- Assisted members as soon as they stepped foot on the grounds. Brought them a cart, made sure to help put their bag into the cart for them. Cleaned carts, balls, picked the range, cleaned the pro shop, and washed clubs for members who owned lockers. Ensured all members needs were taken care of.
- 24/7 surveillance of parking lot necessary to ensure no member has to walk to get a cart.
- Provided information on club policies, services, and events to promote member engagement.
- Had to be ready to get stuff out to people on the course via cart, therefore no downtime.

- Supported both carpenters on site by maintaining tools and equipment to ensure efficiency.

- Collaborated with the two owners to complete projects within established timelines. We were always busy. Always something to work on. Took care of at least 1-2 sites per day.

Accomplishments
Went 2nd place individual in sectional for the Burris Laboratory School golf team my junior year. I was the only one who advanced from my school. Regional I shot 38-44 82. Missed the cut by 7 strokes.
